Rockin Out Hardware  is a small scale jewelry and hardware production company located in Azle, Texas. Everything we make is designed and/or created here in our TX shop.

Shipping
All packages are shipped First Class Mail via USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you decide to return/exchange your item, we offer a standard 7-day refund guarantee minus shipping and labor costs (if applicable). There are NO refunds or exchanges for different pieces of jewelry if they are purchased while on SALE. In order to qualify for refund, the item must not be altered in any way, not purchased while on sale, and must be returned in its original condition. All documents must accompany the item purchased.
Additional policies and FAQs
When cleaning your Rockin' Out Hardware only use a silver polishing cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaners as it will alter the antique finish.
Return/Exchanges
If an item is returned, the customer must pay for shipping. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Custom orders and sale items are not subject to refunds. The item must not be altered in any way and must be returned in its original condition. Any documents/invoices must be returned with the item. 
Custom orders take 4-8 weeks depending on the custom load at that time. If you have a deadline date please give our shop a call to discuss. Owner and Master Engraver, Justin Walker, hand engraves each custom order. Custom orders are not subject to refunds due to the personalization. You can call or text our shop at 817-513-7240.
